Any returns can be quickly requested through Accounts Dashboard under My Return Requests. Once the return request has been submitted, you can view your request status through this section. All parts we agree to be returned, that have been supplied correctly will be subject to a handling charge of 20% and all shipping costs incurred where applicable.

Please check all delivery contents before signing, we are unable to send replacements if the damage was not reported to the courier at point of delivery.

All items returned must be in original packaging and must be packed to avoid return damage with carriers, failure to do so will result in no credit being raised. Any returns received after 30 days will not be credited.

Special order items are non-returnable, you will be notified if an item is special order at the time of placing an order.

It is our goal at ACAPS to have a return policy that is beneficial to our customers and us. Changes in the market have forced us to invoke a strict return policy. Our return policy is designed to be easy, quick and effective. Please read and follow the policy below.

- All products returned must be pre-approved and a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

- The product must be purchased from ACAPS.

- ACAPS is not responsible for any product returned without RA#.

- Product returned to ACAPS without prior approval will be refused and returned freight collect.

- The product must be returned freight prepaid.

- Special order items, special built compressors and special ordered parts are non-returnable.

- Product returned as new should be in clean, marketable condition. If repackaging is required, an additional 15% restocking fee will be charged.

- Product that is delivered locally should be returned immediately. Product returned 10 days after the delivery date is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Installed products or products that have been tampered with, such as broken security tape or resealed boxes, are non-returnable.

- Both dated and regular accounts must be current.

- All Products should be returned in Original packaging
